WFTV Four Nations Mentoring Scheme

The Northern team of WFTV Mentee’s!

This year is beginning with a bang as January kicked off with the launch of the WFTV Four Nations Mentoring Scheme. I’ve applied for this in the past after hearing wonderful testimonies from peers who have taken part, and I’m beyond grateful to share that this year, I made it - and I’ve been selected as one of the Women in Film & TV (WFTV) mentees for 2025! Being part of this program means forging connections, amplifying women’s voices in the industry, and breaking barriers for the next generation of female creatives.

Over the course of the year, I’ll be engaging in tailored one-on-one mentorship sessions, networking with other mentees and industry professionals, attending masterclasses, and gaining insider knowledge from some of the best in the business. It’s an invaluable opportunity to refine my skills and gain fresh perspectives—particularly in this ever-evolving landscape of film and TV.

One of the most exciting aspects of the program is being part of the cohort, a group of talented and inspiring women who bring a wealth of creativity and ambition to the table. In particular, I’m excited about the long-term relationships I’ll be building with Faye Newton, Faye Aydin, Lucinda B., Abi Timmins, Carly Armstrong, and Anne-Louise Russell, who make up the North cohort. Their talent, drive, and passion make this journey even more special, and I can't wait to collaborate and grow alongside them.

Finally, what makes this opportunity even more special is that I have the privilege of being mentored by the amazing Eloise Singer. As the founder of Singer Studios and a powerhouse in storytelling and immersive media, Eloise has consistently pushed creative boundaries. Having the chance to learn from her firsthand is a dream come true, and I can’t wait to soak up her wisdom, guidance, and expertise.

You can find out more about the scheme and the full list of mentee’s here.
